Shipping Method

We currently send most of our order via DHL HK.

Handle Time: Ship out from Shenzhen in 24 hours when order finish in business day.

Delivery Time: 3-5 days to most countries. When in peak season, there could be a 4-7 days delay.

Tracking ID will be sent to your email once order finish and passed to DHL.

For all shipping methods, Easy Card Print only charge shipping fee, the possible tax/duty is not included. Please kindly note that the Tax / Customs fee in destination country are at customer's expense. 

Easy Card Print is not responsible for products rejected, confiscated or destroyed by the customs in your countries. Because we send orders from Hong Kong (a free port), there is no sales tax or duties imposed by Hong Kong government. 

If you have your own shipping method or shipping forwarder in China, please contact us and provide their information, we will ship order to your warehouse or forwarder.
